Full Bathroom Renovation
This eVillager had a dysfunctional hallway/guest bedroom bathroom that was too small and awkward.
After a short questionnaire about style and budget, the client met with Tammie to go over their needs for the space.
The client sent us these before pictures from all different angles of the room along with measurements and inspiration photos.
Together, Tammie and the client decided to make the best use of the bathroom, the middle wall should be removed and the old cabinets were removed (and donated) and replaced by a custom made vanity with plenty of storage.
The decision to do custom made cabinetry was to reduce costs.
The new vanity was fitted to the old plumbing and poplar and plywood wood was used to build.
The 3D rendering shows that the bathroom looks much bigger with large tile floors and a glass door for the shower.
The finished bathroom works well now for all guests. The glass door and the tile floor/shower surround makes it easy to keep clean. All materials were sourced from box stores like Home Depot. This helped stay within the client's budget and give them a fully finished bathroom.
The guest room is separated from the bathroom by a sliding barn door which saved the client $1,000 on building a new door frame.
The client was very happy with the finished project, now having a functional, classic bathroom for his guests.
